Bufala Fest, tomorrow the second day with the Coldiretti Youth Assembly
But also Masterclasses and Show Cooking in the Arena del Gusto and a thematic Talk in the Garden of Ideas
Naples, September 3, 2025 – After this morning’s public opening, the ninth edition of “Bufala Fest – not only mozzarella” continues under the banner of taste, enthusiasm, and knowledge. The food and wine event, held in Naples in Piazza Municipio until Sunday, September 7, was created and organized by Creaeventi with the aim of promoting and enhancing the uniqueness of the buffalo supply chain and its integration with the fishing industry and the entire agri-food sector.
Please note that access to the Bufala Fest Village is free and open every day until Sunday, September 7, from 12:00 pm to 12:00 am.
Here are the scheduled events for the second day of “Bufala Fest – not only mozzarella”:
Casa Coldiretti
- 12:30 pm: Opening of Casa Coldiretti with EVO Oil workshops curated by Aprol.
- 1:00 pm: Mini tasting course on Campania cheeses curated by the National Organization of Cheese Tasters – Onaf Naples, paired with wines from the Consortium for the Protection of Campi Flegrei and Ischia wines.
- 4:30 pm: Provincial Assembly of Coldiretti Youth of Naples.
- 8:00 pm: Mini course on wines and cheeses with Onaf Naples and the Consortium for the Protection of Campi Flegrei and Ischia wines.
Arena del Gusto
Visitors can access the Arena del Gusto free of charge, the area curated by Chef Erny Lombardo, Coordinator of the research “from nature to the cuisine of the future.” These are tomorrow’s scheduled events:
- 5:30 pm: Masterclass on the theme “The Marinaretta by Alessandro Mango: signature interpretations of fried pizza,” organized in collaboration with Fritturista by Oleificio Zucchi.
- 7:30 pm: Show Cooking on the theme “Spaghetti with tomato, hands, manners and manias of avant-garde cuisine”, organized in collaboration with La Fiammante and curated by Chef Giuseppe Daddio, Director of the Dolce & Salato Cooking School in Maddaloni (CE).
- 8:45 pm: Show Cooking on the theme “The blue gold of our seas: anchovies and colatura”, organized in collaboration with FEAMPA Campania and curated by the company IASA.
- 10:00 pm: Show Cooking on the theme “Sweet is the flour that knows how to wait. Flour as the fragile and precise soul of pastry: leavened doughs, shortcrusts, and baked desserts”, organized by Agugiaro & Figna Molini with the flour “Le Sinfonie” and curated by pastry chef Marco Aliberti from Pasticceria Aliberti in Montoro Superiore, Avellino province.
Garden of Ideas
Thanks to the support of the cultural association “Giardino delle Idee,” Bufala Fest also continues to be about “Knowledge,” hosting various thematic meetings sponsored by the Senate of the Republic, the Chamber of Deputies, the Campania Region, the Municipality of Naples, and the Metropolitan City of Naples in a dedicated free-access area of the village.

- 7:00 pm: Talk on the theme “Artificial Intelligence and knowledge management, a crucial relationship for the future of the Agri-food and Fisheries sectors.” Speakers: Prof. Antonio Pescapè, Professor of Information Processing Systems at the University of Naples “Federico II”; Vincenzo Maio, Account Manager at the Italian State Mint and Printing Institute; Roberto Mazzei, Head of Innovation Service AKIS Coldiretti; Daniela Borriello, National Head of Coldiretti Fishing. Moderated by journalist Antonio Savarese, Director of Foodmakers.it.

“Bufala Fest – not only mozzarella” is organized in collaboration with the “Giardino delle Idee” Association, with Coldiretti Campania and with the Consortium for the Protection of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO.
The event enjoys the patronage of the Campania Region, the Municipality of Naples, and the Metropolitan City of Naples and is a co-financed activity within the framework of the PN FEAMPA 21-27 – OS 2.2 Action 4 Intervention 2, the National Program of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund, which addresses three key challenges to support the evolution of the Fisheries and Aquaculture sectors by 2030: green transition, digital transition, and resilience, in addition to fostering innovation processes across the board.
FEAMPA Campania
With intervention 222402, the Campania Region has launched an activity plan to enhance and promote local fishery products: small pelagics, mussels, and bluefin tuna. The plan fosters awareness and strengthening of the fishing and aquaculture sectors in Campania through its enterprises, encourages the consumption of sustainable fish products based on freshness, seasonality, food safety, and conscious consumption, particularly among young people and families, strengthening the link between territory, gastronomic identity, and blue economy.

The theme chosen for the 2025 edition is “Knowledge – flavor is wisdom”. Through a rich and qualified program of meetings and debates, we will discover how, for the buffalo supply chain, as well as for the agri-food and fisheries sectors, it represents a powerful tool to strengthen consumer trust, foster customer loyalty, and promote sustainable production practices from an environmental, social, and economic perspective.

There are over 30 stands where visitors can taste dishes prepared by the “artists of taste,” the exhibitors of the ninth edition of Bufala Fest, who will offer dishes and recipes featuring at least one product from the buffalo supply chain. Admission to the Bufala Fest Village is free and will be open every day, from September 3 to 7, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 12:00 am.
Attendance at the scheduled show cooking events in the Arena del Gusto and the thematic talks in the Garden of Ideas area is also free of charge.
For all those who want to enjoy the gastronomic delicacies offered by the exhibitors, three types of tickets are available:
Adult Ticket, at the cost of €18.00, includes:
- 1 meal of choice: First Course, Pizza, Sandwich, or 500 g of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO.
- 1 treat of choice: Single-serving Dessert, Ice Cream, Graffa, Polacca Aversana, Sfogliatella, Fried Cuoppo, Casatiello portion, or 250 g of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO.
- 1 drink of choice: Aperol Spritz/Beer/Soft Drink/Water.
- Liqueur + Coffee: 1 Guappa liqueur + 1 Kimbo coffee.
Child Ticket, at the cost of €15.00, includes:

In addition, on the official event website, by visiting https://www.bufalafest.com/shop/, you can access the “Skip the Line” section to purchase tickets in advance, gaining the double advantage of avoiding queues at the cash desk and receiving a beautiful event gadget, to be collected at the cash desk.
Park & Go: Integrated Brin Parking + Tram Service at €5
To reach the venue of “Bufala Fest – not only mozzarella” conveniently, scheduled in Naples from September 3 to 7, 2025, in Piazza Municipio, ANM offers a combined Parking + Tram service, with direct connection BRIN – Piazza Municipio, from 12:30 pm to 12:30 am at a total price of €5 (valid for up to 4 people). Using Park & Go is simple: the customer must go to the automatic cashier and purchase the “Bufala Fest 2025” ticket by paying €5 in cash or by credit card. The same ticket allows tram use for the round trip (up to 4 people). At the end of parking, the customer must drive to the parking exit and insert the “Bufala Fest 2025” ticket into the column to open the gate.
