Naples, from September 4 to 8, Bufala Fest returns to Piazza Municipio

Naples, August 5, 2024  – Five days dedicated to taste, art, inclusion, and the value of diversity, in Naples, in the beautiful Piazza Municipio, just steps away from the city’s main attractions, aiming to promote and enhance the characteristics of the buffalo supply chain, known for its success in the mozzarella world but with more to offer in terms of flavor and properties of its meat: this and much more will be “Bufala Fest – not just mozzarella“, the food and wine festival, now in its eighth edition, which from September 4 to 8, 2024 will offer the public food stalls presenting dishes made exclusively with products from the buffalo supply chain (milk, dairy products, cheeses, meats, cured meats, etc.).

“Diversity & Inclusion” is the theme of Bufala Fest 2024, a topic that has also become an essential condition for business growth and the promotion of efficiency and competitiveness in Italy. In the path towards Agenda 2030 and the paradigms of ecological transition, attention to people and the enhancement of diversity, including from a nutritional perspective, cannot be overlooked.

Bufala Fest 2024, following the positive experience of 2023, features a broad program with family-friendly initiatives, thematic workshops for adults and children, and show cooking by top chefs in the Arena del Gusto; moreover, talks dedicated to the theme “Diversity & Inclusion“ will be held daily in the “Giardino delle Idee” area with food industry operators, experts, and representatives from institutions.

All the details of the upcoming edition of “Bufala Fest – not just mozzarella” will be presented at the press conference, scheduled for Monday, September 2, 2024, at 2:00 PM, at the port of Naples, at Molo Angioino, aboard the MSC World Europa, the flagship of MSC Cruises, partner of Bufala Fest – not just mozzarella. Considered among the most sustainable ships in the world, MSC World Europa is the first ship of the World Class, with 22 decks, 47 meters in width, 2,626 cabins, and over 40,000 square meters of public spaces. “Bufala Fest – not just mozzarella” is organized by Crea Eventi, in collaboration with the “Giardino delle Idee” Association and the Consortium for the Protection of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP and with the patronage of the Senate of the Republic, the Chamber of Deputies, the Campania Region, the Municipality, and the Metropolitan City of Naples and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund – FEAMPA.
