The DOP mozzarella from the Protection Consortium, buffalo burgers and meat, pizzas by great Campanian masters, desserts and ice creams made with buffalo milk—this and much more are at the heart of Bufala Fest – Not Just Mozzarella, scheduled to take place in Naples, in Piazza Municipio, from September 3 to 7, 2025.

A unique event that, over the years and through various editions always held in Naples, has proven its ability to highlight the distinctive qualities of the entire buffalo supply chain, enhancing and showcasing the flavor and properties of its meat, as well as the excellence of Her Majesty, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP.

Year after year, Bufala Fest has successfully promoted the integration of the buffalo supply chain with various agri-food sectors, highlighting different territories and fostering a “culinary dialogue” between Campania and the rest of the world.

The theme of the ninth edition of Bufala Fest – Not Just Mozzarella will be Knowledge.
